Victorian Cornices
The Victorian period covered the reign of Queen Victorian from 1837 to 1901 during which Colonial income gave the British people great prosperity. This resulted in an affluent, educated middle-class who built larger houses and adapted their Ornamental Plasterwork to suit. Victorian Cornices are noted for their classical, elegant lines, without the addition of embellishments.
